Ivan C. Walks, M.D. is a licensed Psychiatrist, USAF Veteran, former District of Columbia Chief Health Officer, with over 20 years of outstanding performance as a Clinician, Thought Leader and Innovator in the Health Care arena with vast knowledge of clinical and administrative intelligence. A former member of the Maryland State Board of Education and several Not-for-Profit Volunteer Boards, who is an excellent Psychiatrist serving families, detained youths and adults, substance abuse patients, individuals and organizations. Dr. Walks is the founder and CEO of Ivan Walks & Associates a healthcare consultancy firm since 2002. Dr. Walks has worked with the US Centers for Disease Control to Create national public health policy. He was appointed by the White House under President Bill Clinton to the Board of the National Mental Health Awareness Campaign, which ultimately achieved success in getting the law passed that made Mental Health Parity, the law of the land. A graduate of the University of California at Davis School of Medicine, with Internship and Residency in Psychiatry at UCLA School of Medicine, Neuropsychiatric Institute and the West Los Angeles VA Hospitals; 2 Year Trans-Cultural Psychiatry Fellowship: UCLA Neuropsychiatric Institute, Los Angeles, CA: focused on both the delivery and receipt of health related services. Dr. Walks is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Psychiatric Association and is an outstanding Physician and Clinical leader, who is licensed in Washington, DC and Maryland.

Faith M. Sproul, Ph.D is a Licensed Psychologist, University Professor, and an established clinician experienced in providing services related to psychotherapy, psychological assessment, and community outreach. She brings over 10 years of experience in serving clients with a range of psychological disorders. She delivers cognitive-behavior therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based interventions to adults and children with a range of challenges including depression, anxiety, trauma, health issues, grief and loss, adjustment problems, special needs, etc. She is also skilled in providing psychological assessment for individuals across the lifespan for a wide range of neurocognitive and personality disorders including attention deficit disorders, learning disabilities, developmental disorders, and other psychiatric conditions.
She is eager to apply her clinical skills and compassion to assist individuals facing challenges in their lives. Dr. Sproul completed her Bachelors in Psychology from Northwestern University, a masters from Howard University, and her doctoral degree from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. She is a member of the American Psychological Association and the National Association of Black Psychologists. She is licensed in Washington, DC and Maryland.
